1.1 Lab28 Public Event Zone

A public event space offering meeting rooms, event hosting, and coworking facilities for visitors and event participants.

1.2 Lab28 Offices Zone

A secured coworking and office space for registered members, providing access to workspaces, meeting rooms, and shared facilities.

1.3 Digital Services

Web and mobile applications for booking, access control, and facility management.

2. User Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirements

• Public Event Zone: Open to all visitors
• Offices Zone: Restricted to individuals 18 years and older
• Digital Services: Available to users 13 and older, with parental consent required for users under 18

2.2 Account Registration

To access secured areas and certain digital services, you must register an account with accurate, current, and complete information.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

3.1 Permitted Use

• Professional and business-related activities
• Event participation and networking
• Educational and collaborative work
• Access to shared facilities as scheduled

3.2 Prohibited Activities

• Illegal activities or violation of applicable laws
• Harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior
• Damage to property or equipment

All content, trademarks, logos, and materials on our website and in our facilities are owned by Lab28 or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

4.2 User Content

By posting content in our spaces or digital platforms, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute such content in connection with our services.

5. Booking and Payment Terms

5.1 Room Bookings

• Bookings are confirmed upon payment or approval
• Cancellation policies apply as specified at booking time
• No-shows may result in booking restrictions

5.2 Membership Fees

• Membership fees are billed in advance
• Refunds are provided according to our refund policy
• Price changes are communicated 30 days in advance

6. Access Control and Security

6.1 Digital Access

Access to secured areas requires valid authentication through our mobile app or digital systems.

6.2 Physical Security

Users are responsible for securing their belongings. Lab28 is not liable for lost or stolen items.

6.3 Emergency Procedures

Users must familiarize themselves with emergency exits and procedures posted in our facilities.

7. Liability and Disclaimers

7.1 Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our services.

7.2 Limitation of Liability

Lab28's liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect damages or lost profits.

7.3 Third-Party Services

We integrate with third-party services (Google Calendar, Firebase, etc.). We are not responsible for their performance or data handling.

8. Termination

8.1 User Termination

You may terminate your account at any time. Outstanding payments remain due.

8.2 Lab28 Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access for violation of these Terms. We will provide notice when possible.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Slovak law. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Bratislava, Slovakia.
